According to Nets manager Billy King; Brooklyn Nets Guard Joe Johnson is struggling ‘day to day’ with plantar fasciitis. “It (Johnson’s heel) was sore after the Milwaukee game (Wednesday), and he got looked at by our doctors (Thursday) and it was mildly inflamed,” commented Billy King, “He’s on some medication, but it’s likely he’ll play Sunday; he feels better than he did (Thursday)”. Johnson sat out of Friday night’s game against Houston although the team remains optimistic for his return on Sunday.
